Through a combination of hands-on and interactive learning, students have the opportunity to explore the world of coding, S.T.E.M. and our local tech community right at your school!
In partnership with the Hamilton Community Foundation’s ABACUS initiative, we made a 3-year commitment to provide 18 schools access to activities, resources, and volunteer mentors to introduce simple software programming to students in Grades 6-8. Our end goal? To create a spark of interest, in our program participants, which will fuel an educational and career pathway within the tech industry.
